What the register shows about lenders and loan officers, and what it collects from you.

Last updated Nov 1, 2026

What entries show

Lender entries show public business facts: name, charter or registration, headquarters, loan types, deal range and the public records linked to them. Main business lines and the lender's own website appear where the lender publishes them.

Professional listings

  • Loan officer profiles show professional facts only: name, title, employer, work city, loan types, specialties and public licence numbers, each with its source and date.
  • Personal emails, mobile numbers and home addresses never appear on a profile or in page data.
  • A loan officer can remove their profile at any time through the removal form. We take it down within two business days and confirm by email.

What we collect from you

  • The match runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or to any lender unless you request contact or apply.
  • When a lender or loan officer claims an entry, we collect the work email and name they give us, to confirm the entry and open their Levr account.
  • When you request contact, we store your name, email, business name, optional phone number and message, and the profile you chose, and send them to that lender or loan officer so they can reply. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
  • When you ask to be notified about the awards, we keep your email for that purpose only.
  • Standard server logs, kept for security and to keep the site running.
