Who lends it and what they look for
Almost every lender on the register makes some version of a term loan. Banks are the largest source for established businesses, credit unions price competitively for members, online lenders fund shorter terms in days, and CDFIs lend where banks will not. Each one decides on the same three things: cash flow that covers the payment, your business and personal credit, and what backs the loan. Bring two years of business tax returns, interim financials and a short use of funds.
