When it may fit

Our assessment of the published programs

  • Utah entrepreneurs needing modest startup or operating credit with preparation help.

What to weigh carefully

  • Real estate/building purchases and MLM businesses are excluded.
  • Collateral is reviewed individually; a smaller request or stronger cosigner may be needed.

Questions before you accept an offer

  1. What loan size fits my first-year business stage?
  2. What collateral or cosigner and monthly payment apply?

Ask for written terms. Compare net cash received, total repayment, fees, payment timing and early-payoff costs for the same financing need.

Prepare your comparison

Use the same questions and figures for each offer you receive.
