Compare providers

What to compare first

Client invoices

Prepare an accounts receivable aging report, sample invoices and client payment terms. Ask which clients and invoice types the factor will accept.

Payroll timing

Compare the first funding process with the routine advance schedule. Confirm how weekends, holidays and invoice verification affect payroll.

The full agreement

Ask about advance rates, reserves, minimum fees, contract length, termination charges and responsibility for unpaid invoices.

Providers to compare

Each provider below publishes information supporting this specific use. This is a sourced shortlist, not a ranking or an approval decision. Factoring is a purchase of receivables, rather than a conventional business loan.

We matched existing register profiles to their own published industry-specific factoring pages and FAQs. We included only providers with evidence for this comparison, kept program-specific conditions attached to the relevant program, and left unconfirmed terms unfilled. Provider order is alphabetical. Levr publishes this register; these are not the providers’ own pages or customer reviews. Published terms can change; request a written quote and agreement before choosing.

Questions before you choose

Is staffing factoring a business loan?

Factoring generally involves selling eligible invoices. Compare the invoice purchase agreement, reserve and fees rather than treating it as a standard term loan.

Can a new staffing agency qualify?

Startup eligibility differs by provider. Ask whether signed client contracts, approved invoices and completed work are sufficient, and confirm any operating-history minimum.

Does non-recourse mean every unpaid invoice is covered?

Do not assume that. Ask which credit events are covered and what happens with disputes, offsets, late payment or a client rejecting the work.
